DRIVING DIRECTIONS

• To reach our office from 1-75: 
  • Take Exit 8 off of I-575.
  • Turn right if traveling South.
  • Turn left if traveling North.
  • Go to the next light and turn left onto Stonebridge Parkway.
  • You will see the Avonlea Apartments across the street from the Medical Center.
  • Turn left to park in the back parking lot of the Medical Center.
  • There is no fee for parking.
  • As you enter the building from this location, we are the first office on the left (Suite 330).

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can process the paperwork necessary for your visit.

If your insurance requires a co-payment, we do collect this at the time of your visit, however, the Woodstock office is not able to accept credit cards at this time
