DRIVING DIRECTIONS

• To reach our office from 1-575: 
  • Take Exit 8 off of I-575.
  • Turn right if traveling South.
  • Turn left if traveling North.
  • Go to the next light and turn left onto Stonebridge Parkway.
  • Turn right into the South Cherokee Medical Center
  • Turn left to park in the back parking lot of the Medical Center.
  • As you enter the building from this location, we are the first office on the left (Suite 330).
  • Parking is free at this location

New patients, who have not downloaded and completed the New Patient Packet located under the forms tab on this webiste, should arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment to allow adequate time to process the paperwork.

If your insurance requires a co-payment, we do collect your co-payment at the time of your visit.  We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
