Vijay Nath, MD joined Georgia Kidney Associates in 2005. He completed his medical training at Ohio State. He went on to do his Internal Medicine Residency at the University Hospitals of Cleveland and his Nephrology Fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis Missouri.

No strangers to Atlanta, Dr Nath and his wife have a large extended family in the metro- area. So when the time came to join a medical practice, Georgia was at the top of their list. When he is not watching Dora the Explorer and Elmo with his two year old daughter, Dr. Nath enjoys following politics and Big Ten sports (especially the teams form the University of Michigan) and tries to bike and exercise in his free time.
